These experiences strengthened his passion for expanding educational opportunities and advancing equitable public policy.

Following completion of the Master in Public Affairs program, Leandro hopes to join the U.S. Foreign Service, where he aims to advance democratic governance, human rights, and regional cooperation throughout the Western Hemisphere.

In his free time, Leandro enjoys traveling, visiting art museums around the world, and reading and writing dystopian fiction and poetry.
